Great doctor, very friendly and asks many questions and answers all your questions to make sure you are satisfied with your visit. The staff is friendly as well. They are great about reminder call the day before your appointment. I see an earlier review about incorrect charges but I have been seeing Dr. Franklin for 10 yrs and have never had an issue. I always recommend him when someone is looking for a new doctor.

My experience has always been amazing! He hits the nail on the head every time! He is a straight forward doctor, so if you don't want to hear the truth, don't go to Dr. Franklin. Me personally, I prefer the straight talk from my doctor, also, he will talk to you in human terms so you understand everything that he is telling you. Nicki at the front desk is wonderful, super quick and always responsive. Amazing to have found my forever doctor!
